Class of 2021 Exit Survey & Final Transcripts
Seniors, it's time to complete your final transcript request and exit survey. All students should fill out the final transcript request form regardless of their post-secondary plans. Transcripts can be sent to colleges/universities, community colleges, trade schools, military, or released to the individual student. In addition to the google form, students must also update their SchooLinks account. At a minimum, students need to log into SchooLinks, click on the Colleges tab, and then update both their Application Results and Enrollment Decision.
Final transcripts are verified by comparing the “Enrollment Decision” within SchooLinks to the college reported in the Exit Survey. If you are attending a college/university that you did not submit an initial transcript request for in the fall, be sure to add the school to your Submission Tracker. Failure to complete these steps may result in a delay in submitting a student’s final transcript.
