The
key to the 2004 season was learning from both our successes and
failures.
As the season progressed, so did varsity, finishing the conference
season with 4 wins in the last 7 games. Playing tougher near the
end of the season, our goal is to win a conference championship. Regionals start
Saturday against St. Charles at Batavia at 12:00.
Good
luck to Aly Kelley and Jaci Hall, who will continue their softball
careers at St. Xavier University and Elmhurst College.
The
Freshman team was comprised of many girls who were introduced to the
game of softball for the first time this year. The team focused on
fundamentals and learning the game. The team record does not even come
close to showing what they learned and accomplished this year. Many of
the girls are looking forward to playing summer ball.
