Info for Potential Athletes: Athletes and parents MUST complete the eligibility sheet and IHSA Steroid Policy form before trying out for a sport. Signatures on the forms indicate that you have read and accept the District and IHSA code of conduct and eligibility rules. Athletes may not participate if a physical is older than one year. Make sure physicals are up-to-date and do not expire in the middle of a season.
