Late Registration for 2018 AP Exams
There is still time to register for 2018 AP Exams!
The regular registration period for 2018 AP Exams has ended but students can still register during the late registration window until Sunday, March 18th at 11:59pm. Registrations completed during this time period will incur a $10 per exam late fee. More information on the registration process for 2018 AP Exams can be found below.
Taking the Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Waubonsie Valley High School desires that all students take AP exams for the AP classes that they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn students college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on tuition or allowing students to place out of gen ed classes. Students are encouraged to look at the AP credit policy for colleges and universities that they are considering https://apstudent.collegeboard.org/creditandplacement . Starting with the 2016-17 school year, all colleges and universities in Illinois are required by law to give students college credit for earning an AP score of 3 or above.
For the 2018 AP exams, students at Waubonsie Valley High School will be registering online. This registration will take only a few minutes and can be completed from any computer with internet access. In order to register, students should visit www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/140184 . The link will also be available on the WV website on the Guidance page. All payments must be made online with a credit or debit card or by mailing your payment. We will not accept payment at WV this year.
To complete registration, students must answer all of the required questions. Registration is not complete until you have received a confirmation page. Please print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. We know that parents may desire to register their students for exams. We strongly recommend that parents and students are both present while registering to ensure that the correct exams are ordered.
Please contact Ryan VanKampen, email@example.com, if you have any questions.
