Introduction to Naviance - 9/6 Prior to Curriculum Night

Reported by on 8/30/18

Please join the Waubonsie Valley Counseling Department on Thursday, September 6th, at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium for a presentation on the Naviance Student program. Naviance is utilized at all grade levels as students explore their strengths, interests and abilities as they relate to college and career choices after high school. Parents/guardians will be shown an overview of how the Naviance system assists families and students with post-secondary planning. The presentation will be forty five minutes in length so that families will be able to attend Curriculum Night immediately afterward.

Curriculum Night at Waubonsie Valley High School will take place from 7:00 – 9:00 PM on Thursday, September 6, 2018. Curriculum Night is a group orientation activity that provides an opportunity for parents and staff to work as partners and to promote success in the classroom. Parents follow their student’s schedule and attend brief class overviews where teachers will share insights to their course, curriculum, and expectations.

Students can access Naviance using their district provided email and Single-Sign-On password. Parents/guardians are encouraged to use Naviance with their student. Naviance login link:
